BUTTERMILK!


[ChAoS]: ah ha! i found it.
[ChAoS]: sour cream can be replaced in most recipes with natural yogurt

or buttermilk with butter. 1 cup of natural/plain yogurt

for 1 cup sour cream or 3/4 cup buttermilk & 1/3 cup melted butter

for 1 cup of sour cream.

[ChAoS]: take that creme
[ChAoS]: and shake it up or churn it up
[ChAoS]: solids become butter
[ChAoS]: liquids become buttermilk
[ChAoS]: take the buttermilk
[ChAoS]: and let it .... age
[ChAoS]: thats what you get
[ChAoS]: slightly sour
[ChAoS]: good to drink if you add a little pepper
[ChAoS]: or use it in biscuits
[ChAoS]: or pancakes
[ChAoS]: yummy
[ChAoS]: if you backup and take that creme
[ChAoS]: and let it age
